Explore the ways in which crim­i­nal and ter­ror­ist net­works have exploit­ed the pan­dem­ic to engage in illic­it activ­i­ties, such as the sale of coun­ter­feit med­ical sup­plies, the traf­fick­ing of drugs and weapons, and the exploita­tion of vul­ner­a­ble pop­u­la­tions.
